This enables those students who have successfully obtained a recognized UK degree (with second class honors or above), Master's degree or PhD, to work without restriction in the UK for up to 12 months after completion of their studies. Entry clearance is mandatory for those seeking to stay in the UK under the International Graduate Scheme.

If you have been offered a position of employment after graduation of your course, your employer will be required to obtain a work permit from Work Permits (UK), which is a part of the Home Office. Applicants normally have to be 25 years of age or above.
